আলহামদুলিল্লাহ। একটি চ্যালেঞ্জিং কর্মদিবসে তিনটি জটিল ERCP procedure সম্পন্ন করার সুযোগ হয়েছে।
রোগগুলোর মধ্যে ছিল—
- ▪️ ক্ষতিগ্রস্ত পিত্তনালি (Bile duct injury)
- ▪️ পিত্তনালির মুখের ক্যান্সার (Periampullary carcinoma)
- ▪️ লিভারের কাছের পিত্তনালির ক্যান্সার (Hilar carcinoma)
এ ধরনের জটিল biliary disease-এর চিকিৎসায় প্রয়োজন ধৈর্য, অভিজ্ঞতা, উপযুক্ত প্রযুক্তি এবং একটি সমন্বিত clinical team।
প্রতিটি রোগীর অবস্থা ও প্রয়োজন ভিন্ন। তাই procedure ও treatment plan রোগীর clinical condition অনুযায়ী নির্ধারণ করতে হয়।
