আলহামদুলিল্লাহ। ESD (Endoscopic Submucosal Dissection)-এর উপর সপ্তাহব্যাপী একটি hands-on training সফলভাবে সম্পন্ন করার সুযোগ হয়েছে চীনের Nanjing Drum Tower Hospital-এ।
Certificate অনুযায়ী, এই training course অনুষ্ঠিত হয় 13–20 April 2025, Nanjing, China-এ। এটি ছিল Training Course on Digestive Endoscopy Diagnosis and Treatment for B&R Countries।
এই training journey-র শুরুতে Shanghai-এ Zhongshan Hospital, Aohua company এবং 17th Sino-Japan ESD Summit-এ অংশগ্রহণের সুযোগ হয়েছে। পরবর্তীতে Nanjing Drum Tower Hospital-এ academic ও clinical training-এর মাধ্যমে endoscopy diagnosis and treatment বিষয়ে মূল্যবান hands-on experience অর্জন করেছি।
ESD কী?
ESD হলো advanced therapeutic endoscopy-এর একটি বিশেষ পদ্ধতি, যার মাধ্যমে gastrointestinal tract-এর নির্দিষ্ট early-stage lesion, early cancer বা polyp endoscopy/colonoscopy-এর মাধ্যমে অপসারণ করা সম্ভব। এই ধরনের procedure পরিচালনার জন্য প্রয়োজন উন্নত যন্ত্রপাতি, structured training এবং দক্ষ clinical team।
এই training-এর মাধ্যমে আন্তর্জাতিক পর্যায়ের practical exposure, academic exchange এবং advanced endoscopy practice সম্পর্কে আরও বাস্তব অভিজ্ঞতা অর্জন করা সম্ভব হয়েছে।
Training শেষে Beijing-এ The Great Wall of China, Tiananmen Square, The Forbidden City এবং The Temple of Heaven ভ্রমণের মধ্য দিয়ে পুরো সফরটি সম্পন্ন হয়।
Aohua Company, China এবং R A International, Bangladesh-কে অসংখ্য ধন্যবাদ এমন একটি ফলপ্রসূ training programme-এর ব্যবস্থা করার জন্য।
আল্লাহর রহমতে এই অর্জিত জ্ঞান ও অভিজ্ঞতা দেশের রোগীদের উন্নত endoscopic চিকিৎসা প্রদানে কাজে লাগাতে পারি—সবার কাছে সেই দোয়া কামনা করছি।
