আলহামদুলিল্লাহ। ESD (Endoscopic Submucosal Dissection)-এর উপর আরও একটি hands-on training সম্পন্ন করার সুযোগ হয়েছে।
কিছুদিন আগে Thailand-এর Olympus Training Center-এ অনুষ্ঠিত Olympus ESD Workshop 2025-এ অংশগ্রহণ করেছি। এর আগে Japan (2023) এবং China (2025)-এ ESD বিষয়ে training নেওয়ার সুযোগ হয়েছিল।
Certificate অনুযায়ী Olympus ESD Workshop 2025 অনুষ্ঠিত হয় 29–30 August 2025।
ESD কী?
ESD হলো advanced therapeutic endoscopy-এর একটি পদ্ধতি, যার মাধ্যমে gastrointestinal tract-এর নির্বাচিত early cancer বা polyp endoscopy/colonoscopy-এর মাধ্যমে অপসারণ করা যায়।
এই ধরনের procedure সম্পন্ন করতে প্রয়োজন appropriate technology, specialized instruments এবং trained clinical team।
বাংলাদেশে ESD-এর ব্যবহার সীমিত পরিসরে শুরু করার পর থেকে এই ক্ষেত্রের দক্ষতা আরও উন্নত করার জন্য ধারাবাহিক training ও hands-on experience অর্জনের চেষ্টা করছি।
দেশে advanced endoscopic treatment-এর সুযোগ আরও বিস্তৃত করতে সকলের সহযোগিতা ও দোয়া কামনা করছি।
